Nowadays most economists agreed that entrepreneurship is a
necessary component for stimulating economic growth. Moreover, in the
developing world, small successful businesses are the primary engines of job
creation, income growth, and poverty reduction. Ms.Shamsa is the entrepreneur
that I had an interview with and actually it was very interesting and enjoyable.
Where, we had a discussion about her fashion business and how it started and
also about the barriers during the
journey.
First, the interesting facts that we come with it is that even with
the struggling as a Mum, however,
she held the decision to complete the dream that was drawn during childhood. Also,
she talked about her family and the supports that make her drawings come to
live first in a paper then into a real.
Furthermore, she spoke about the pros
and cons of being an entrepreneur, is that she had the chance to control her
time and use the skills to have my own boutique. As well, she but more offer so
she could had the profit out of it, like taking more designing and art courses,
basics of sewing and she studied accounting which could support her dream. Also,
she mentioned that we as a locals in UAE we have to pay back to our countries
for everything that they give to us.
